1. Question
During this lesson we spoke about setting the intention for those activities that you know are beneficial to your alignment. Because our relativity to our Inner Peace can vary in the moment, it is helpful to identify those heart-filler activities that assist you in empowering your now.
In this case, when you are aware that you are in resonance with your Inner Peace, use that opportunity to think of the activities that you can do to assist your alignment, and which feed body, mind and soul or a combination of these. Think of an activity or a number of activities to address these 3 spheres of your life while you are in alignment, and write down the activities that you intend on implementing and the frequency with which you want to do these activities.
So you may think to yourself that that all sounds great, but you may have tried to form habits in the past – some of those that stuck and some of them didn’t stick so well – so how is this any different then? Well, this isn’t so much about habit formation as it is about letting yourself get into the flow. And you want to get into the flow regularly to allow your emotional climate to shift. And that essentially becomes the habitual activity – to purposefully get yourself into the flow. Our focus here is not on forcing a habit, because your cannot force alignment in any case. It is about allowance.
