Keep a notebook or note-taking app close-by over the next week or so, as you have opened the gate to certain thought streams and often you will have more things coming through which you may feel like adding to your answers.
Another good reason for keeping a notebook close by is to write down things that you notice that you like as you go through your day. We are not always on the lookout for things that we enjoy, but with a new perspective of looking for those positive things, you may find yourself more often thinking that you like something, and collecting these nuggets of what you like is truly invaluable later on, not only in getting to know yourself better, but also to help shift your perspective to one of being more empowered. At the very least, make sure that you acknowledge to yourself if you really like something, as this helps to form a well-rounded picture of who you are and what you like at your core. Acknowledging those things that you like is also a good platform from which to practice appreciation, which is a very empowering state to be in. We will consider this more when we dive into empowerment later on in the course.
All of the questions in this lesson work together to form an overview of the things that you are passionate about, but it is a point-in-time snapshot and it will grow and be refined over time, so I encourage you to revisit it from time to time. This will help you to understand how you have evolved and how you can incorporate the changes into your life.
