Let’s start by setting the scene… When performing the exercises in this module, you need to do a good amount of self-exploration, so you will need to be in a quiet and uninterruptable time and place, and in a relaxed state to truly do it justice. From this relaxed and peaceful state you much more likely to be able to see the things that match the state of peace, love, passion etc. that we are trying to identify in this first module.

There is really no set time to do this in, so you can set aside any amount of time where you can explore within, and set aside as many blocks of time as you need to work through the exercises in this module.

This course requires you to be very involved throughout the process. Even though we will go through a number of concepts together, the course will only have a lasting impact if you participate fully with the material and – more importantly – the exercises.

When you are answering the questions, do not try to compare or match the answers between the different questions, or let it match a preformed idea of what you think the answer should be. Answer each question based on how you feel or what you think about it in that moment. For some of the questions you may come up with multiple answers, and that’s perfectly all right. Write down whatever comes to you in the moment. Do not worry about the quantity or about what it sounds like and what it may imply while you are doing your internal exploration; just relax and let the ideas flow naturally to you and from you while staying present and only focusing on the question in front of you.

Now that we’ve set the backdrop, there are a number of practical exercises that you can do to help pinpoint what you are passionate about, which are the fundamental building blocks in creating a life of fulfilment. You can answer the questions in the answer sections of the module, or you can download the workbook and complete them in there. Don’t let the pre-allocated spaces dictate how much you need to write; use as much space as you need – there are no wrong answers here.

Let’s go explore!
